The hospital wants to withdraw life support as soon as possible!

Dear Members and Friends,

We have received an URGENT REQUEST FROM LIFE LEGAL DEFENSE FUND for help with a two-year old on life support described below. If any of you are able to assist, please contact Alexandra Snyder directly via the office or cell phone numbers provided.

Thank you for your consideration.

Life Legal is working with the parents of two-year old Israel Stinson, who is on life support at a Sacramento area hospital. The hospital wants to withdraw
life support as soon as possible. We have obtained a court order to keep Israel alive until this Wednesday, April 27.

Doctors at the hospital declared Israel brain dead on April 14, but yesterday he began making movements in response to his mother touching him. Here
is a brief video.

Because of the declaration of brain death, we have not yet been able to find another hospital that will care for Israel. He needs two procedures
– a tracheostomy and gastrostomy – and then he can be released to another facility. This will most likely be in New Jersey, where the parents
can have the declaration of brain death revoked.
We have a life flight on standby that can transport Israel to a hospital anywhere in the country.

Do you know of any physicians or hospitals that would consider receiving Israel for the purpose of performing the procedures? He is running
out of time and we need to find something quickly. The parents will sign a waiver of liability, in case that is a concern. I can also provide
the number of the pediatric intensivist at the current hospital.

Thank you for any help you may be able to provide.

Blessings,

Alexandra Snyder
