Walter B. Hoye II is both Founder and President of the Issues4Life Foundation, the California Civil Rights Foundation, Founder of the Frederick Douglass Foundation of California, co-founder and Executive Member of the National Black Pro-Life Coalition, a Board Member of The Morning Center (providing free full-service maternity care for women in urban and under-served areas), a published author (Leadership from the IN|SIDE Out), a board member of The Ruth Institute, a full-time pro-life activist, and a leadership consultant.
As a young man Walter played football at Michigan State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Sociology in 1980. On Tuesday, January 12th, 1982 Walter was licensed to preach the gospel by the Calvary Baptist Church in San Diego, California. Walter graduated from the United States International University, now Alliant International University, with a Master's degree in Business Administration in 1983.
In 1984, God used the premature birth of his firstborn son (six months, 2.1 pounds) to teach Rev. Hoye that the preborn is a person, a living & breathing human being.
On Sunday, April 23rd, 1989 Walter was ordained a Baptist preacher by Pastor Dr. S.M. Lockridge. From 1984 to 1987 Walter served as Minister of Christian Education at the St. John Missionary Baptist Church in Oceanside, California. From 1987 to 1991, Walter served as Assistant to the Pastor and Director of the Youth Department at the Greater Faith Baptist Church in Stockton, California. From 1991 to 2010, Walter served as the Executive Elder of the Progressive Missionary Baptist Church of Berkeley.
In May of 2010, Walter resigned to work full-time in the Pro-Life movement. He was asked to join a group of pro-life sidewalk counselors, to pray and give out literature to women on their way to the entrance of an abortuary. His ministry blossomed so much that the abortuary lost a great deal of business, and they complained to the Oakland authorities, who literally created a law just to put Rev. Hoye in jail. Though in court Rev. Hoye and his attorney from Life Legal Defense proved both that Walter did absolutely nothing illegal and that the only witness against him blatantly lied, the pro-abortion judge made sure Rev. Hoye unjustly went to jail, which he did. The judge, in fact, sought to sentence Walter to four *years* in jail for standing on a public sidewalk, but could not because of a legal technicality.
Walter leads the Oakland pro-life march, he competes in the San Francisco Marathon and catches an NFL, NBA, NHL and MLB game whenever he can.

Dr. Paul Church was a practicing urologist for more than 35 years; he was also involved with clinical research and teaching as an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School. He was fired from his job, his career was destroyed, his life was upended, and his medical license was nearly revoked when he merely advocated for healthy choices, and criticized hospital superiors for promoting unhealthy behaviors.
Dr. Church challenged the administration of Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center to be more truthful and honest about the negative health consequences inherent with high risk and unhealthy LGBTQIA+ sexual behaviors and to be more respectful of the diversity of religious and moral views regarding sodomy. He was met with increasing efforts to silence his concerns. Despite an outpouring of public support and legal representation from Liberty Counsel, he was expelled from the medical staff in December 2015. Two other hospitals where Dr. Church held appointments for years followed suit and expelled him as well. A fourth hospital revoked their offer to join the medical staff, fearing repercussions from the LGBT community.
Dr. Church is a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association and medical volunteer or leader of eleven short-term medical mission projects in Mexico and Africa. He has two married daughters and six grandchildren. He was honored with a Citizenship Award by MFI in 2015 and a similar award from the Catholic Medical Association in 2016. He retired from clinical practice November 1, 2017.

He is also a professional therapist specializing in child, family and marital therapy for couples considering divorce. He publishes and edits Marripedia.org, a Wikipedia-like resource on social sciences of impact of marriage and religious worship.
Dr. Fagan has authored over thirty synthesis papers and has commissioned dozens of original research projects in marriage, family, child development, and religious practice. His research has shown that the cultivation of both faithfulness and marriage is integral to all vibrant cultures.
Dr. Fagan began his career as a teacher in Ireland, then became a clinical psychologist specializing in child, family and marital therapy in Canada. Because of his deep concerns about government undermining marriage and the family, he entered the public policy field in the U.S.
He assisted Senator Dan Coats (R-Ind.), became Deputy Assistant Secretary for Family and Social Policy at the U.S. Health and Human Services under President George H. Bush. Dr. Fagan is a Senior Fellow of Family and Culture at the Heritage Foundation and a Fellow at The Austin Institute in Texas.

Tracy Shannon is mother of 4 blessings and a grandmother. She has studied what she calls the “neo-morality movement” for 20 years. Tracy’s family was profoundly impacted by the transgender movement many years ago, and that moved Tracy from the sidelines (merely protecting her own children from being inducted into "new" sexual mores) and onto the battlefront in the culture wars.
Recently, Tracy has taken on Drag Queen Story Hours in Texas and across the country. She exposed how libraries determined to introduce children to adult entertainers and transsexuals disregarded their own policies allowing sex offenders to be held out as role models to young children in taxpayer-funded public libraries.
Tracy is the Texas Director for MassResistance Texas, and led parents there in pushing back against the debauched drag queen program for children as young as four. She has also contributed to research of the programs across the nation and helped parents in several states push back against this programming.
