The nation's potential Health and Human Services secretary, Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius, is being tested. The Kansas legislature has passed a bill requiring that an ultrasound image or heartbeat record be provided to a mother within 30 minutes of having an abortion. Other provisions are designed to reduce coerced abortions and provide women with greater information.
